Meet Meghan

Clinical Mental Health Therapist

I help women find balance in their life without having to sacrifice the things they love most. 

 

My clients feel overwhelmed and tired of feeling like they can’t manage their life. Life feels chaotic making it difficult to be present in each area of their life. My clients are under constant pressure to put on a smile and present themselves like they have it all together. 

 

Despite being hard-working and determined, they have trouble balancing their work with their personal life while also neglecting relationships and their own needs. 

They may resort to poor habits, such as disordered eating or self-medicating with alcohol and/or drugs. Or they may just hide behind their phone and binge watching tv shows. 

 

The anxiety and feelings of overwhelm gets in the way of the life they want in so many ways. They aren’t the kind of woman they want to be. They feel like they’re failing at being a friend, a daughter, a partner, etc. And their confidence in their work is tanking.
